I am a mature experienced customer support officer in the travel/transportation sector for about 4 years in Brisbane, plus committed to some administrative roles including a team administrator and an event planner in the leisure/event section in Japan.

I have developed good communication, organizational, and time management skills with intermediate computer literacy, throughout my career. I can work a 7-day rotating roster and can work both independently or in a team.
