The Role:
We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Casual Chef/Cook to join our team. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional meals across breakfast, lunch, and dinner services. Flexibility and availability on weekends are essential, as we cater to a busy and dynamic schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook meals to a high standard across breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus.
• Assist with menu preparation, specials, and seasonal changes.
• Ensure all food is prepared and presented to the highest quality and within timeframes.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety standards.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service.
• Contribute to stock management, including ordering and minimizing waste.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Chef/Cook, preferably in a fast-paced café or restaurant setting.
• Availability for a flexible roster, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Passion for creating delicious, high-quality dishes with a focus on fresh ingredients.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• A positive attitude, team player mentality, and the ability to work under pressure.
• A valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate or willingness to obtain one.
• A valid Food Safety Certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
