We are seeking a part time barista wait staff to join our team at Southside Bistro. We are a local small business, the ideal candidate would have the understanding the importance of a tight knitted team where everyone cares and looks out for each other.

There will be shifts where you may have to work alone (once you’re ready), communication to both customers and back to the management is essential.

– 15-20 hours a week (starting with 10-15 hours a week until you’re on track)

– rotating rosters, must be available 2 x week days and 1 x weekend

– barista experience preferred but not necessary

– customer service essential

– must have a big friendly and bubbly personality

– can do attitude

– barista training provided in house once you’re confident on the floor

– own vehicle or local resident preferred
