Hourly Rate:$32/hour

Hours: 20 hours per week

We’re seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to join our team as a Casual Cafe Allrounder. In this role, you’ll be the heartbeat of our cafe, responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experiences and smooth cafe operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Customer Service:** Greet customers with a warm smile, take orders accurately, and provide recommendations on our menu offerings. Ensure prompt and friendly service to create a welcoming atmosphere.

2. **Food and Beverage Preparation:** Prepare and serve a variety of cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks. Also, assist in the preparation of food items such as sandwiches ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.

3.*Cash Handling: Process transactions efficiently and accurately using our POS system. 

4. Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep the cafe area clean and tidy at all times, including wiping down tables, sanitizing surfaces, and maintaining restroom cleanliness.

Requirements:

– Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry preferred.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
