The requirements:

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment setting in a similar role
• A strong understanding of grinder adjustments, dosing & distribution, and brew ratios
• Skilled in milk texturing and latte art
• Sound food safety/compliance knowledge
• Longterm vision
• Great attitude, teamwork and personality
• Confident communication style & a professional approach
• Supervising Experience is not necessary but it’s a plus.
• availability for the early morning shift (from 5:30 AM as we start from 6 AM)
• Saturday availability
• Fluent English
