We are on the lookout for an experienced, energetic and positive Head Barista to lead our high-volume specialty café in the Brisbane CBD. If you thrive during the morning rush, this is your role

Your role
You will lead the cafe operation — ensuring consistency, speed, quality, and a great vibe.

What we need from you
– Most important: POSITIVITY. We want someone who sets the tone, motivates the team, and brings good energy every day.
– Proven Head Barista and/or Barista Supervisor experience
– Strong specialty coffee skills — latte art, dial-ins, grind adjustments, machine calibration
– Ability to lead a team and run a smooth, efficient bar during peak trade
– Experience in ordering (coffee beans, packaging, fresh & alternative milks)
– Passion for customer service — making someone’s day with a smile
– Reliable, proactive, and calm under pressure
– Monday to Friday availability (earliest start 5:45am / latest finish 3:45pm)
