What you’ll need:

• Confidence working the grill, fryer, and hotplate
• Able to cook eggs, proteins, and breakfast items quickly and consistently
• Solid knife skills and understanding of basic food prep
• Ability to read and follow dockets accurately
• Stay calm and focused under pressure
• A basic grasp of food safety and hygiene standards

Key Responsibilities:

• Cook and plate meals to order with consistency
• Prep ingredients and keep your station stocked
• Maintain a clean, organised workstation
• Communicate clearly with both front of house and kitchen teams
• Follow recipes and portion guidelines
• Manage cooking times efficiently during peak periods
• Clean down equipment and kitchen areas at the end of shift
