Barista/Bar

Alimentari is seeking a Barista to work in our fast pace restaurant. The successful candidate will have proven minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role, proficient in all things bar and experienced in high volume Specialty coffee.

We’re looking for a professional who must have knowledge of the following

• Mahlkonig E65S grinders, Mahlkonig EK43 & La Marzocco KB90
• In-depth specialty coffee knowledge, Espresso extraction methods, filter coffee, milk texturing, latte art, with a keen eye for detail & systems
• Excellent communication skills and relationships with customers & staff
• Punctual, efficient, organized, trustworthy
• Team player
