Vend Marketplace Virginia is looking for a friendly and reliable Cafe All Rounder to join our team! We are open 7 days a week and offer both part-time and casual opportunities.

We’re seeking someone with previous cafe experience preferred and enjoys working in a fast-paced customer-focused environment.

About the Role

As a Cafe Staff Member/All Rounder, you will assist with the day-to-day operations of the cafe, including:

• Customer service and taking orders
• Food and drink preparation
• Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the cafe
• Assisting team members across all areas
• Creating a welcoming experience for customers

What We’re Looking For

• Cafe experience preferred
• Friendly, approachable, and positive attitude
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Confident and well presented
• Reliable and able to work in a team environment
• Someone who goes above and beyond
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Availability across weekdays and weekends (weekend availability are a must)

RSA is not required, however willingness to obtain one is preferred.
