Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Barista with at least 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a strong attention to detail, and be passionate about crafting the perfect cup of coffee.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages with consistency and precision.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including coffee machines and equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with our guests.
• Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system.
• Work efficiently during peak hours and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
• Demonstrate latte art skills (preferred but not mandatory).
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and brewing techniques.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Latte art skills are a plus!
