We are looking for an experienced, professional Cook to be part of our vibrant, hard-working team. People who are looking for a career with a growing national company in a unique atmosphere whilst keeping true to our Italian heritage.

To be successful in this role, you must have the following:

• At least 1+ years’ experience in a high-volume, fast paced establishment
• A minimum Certificate III Commercial Cookery qualification or at least 1-3 years of relevant employment experience
• Italian product knowledge an advantage
• Understanding of wood fired pizza oven
• The passion and drive to succeed and produce high quality dishes to our company standards
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail in all areas of your work
• Impeccable presentation, hygiene and grooming standards
• Flexibility over a 7-day rotating roster
• Willingness to undergo further training and development within our brand
• Full Time salary of $70,000-$80,000 plus Super
