Qualifications & experience

• Must have at least 2 years prior experience as a Breakfast Chef
• Exceptional proven ability of kitchen management
• Ability in dividing responsibilities and monitoring progress
• Outstanding communication and leadership skills
• Up-to-date with culinary trends and optimised kitchen processes

Tasks & responsibilities

• Prepare and cook all breakfast menu items to a high standard
• Set up the breakfast station and ensure all mise en place is ready before service
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards at all times
• Follow recipes and portion controls consistently
• Ensure speed and efficiency during peak breakfast hours
• Assist with stock rotation and reporting low ingredients to the Head Chef
• Properly clean down kitchen and equipment after breakfast service
• Adapt to special dietary requirements and customer requests when needed
• Support the team in other kitchen duties when required
