About the Role:

As one of our Cooks, you’ll play an essential role in delivering consistent, high-quality dishes that leave guests wanting more.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Pizza Preparation & Cooking: Hand-stretching dough, topping pizzas, managing oven flow, and plating with consistency and care.
• Service Speed: Working quickly and efficiently during high-volume service without compromising quality.
• Station Set-Up & Pack-Down: Keeping your section clean, stocked, and ready for action before and after every shift.
• Teamwork: Working closely with other kitchen staff to maintain service flow and timing.
• Cleanliness & Food Safety: Maintaining high hygiene standards and following kitchen safety procedures at all times.
• Stock Management: Assisting with rotation, stock checks, and minimising waste in your section.

About You:

We’re looking for a motivated and experienced cook who thrives under pressure and loves being part of a high-energy kitchen.

You’ll be a great fit if you:

• Have previous experience as a Pizza Cook or Line Chef in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Are available evenings and weekends.
• Work well under pressure while staying calm and focused.
• Are reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering consistent results.
• Have a positive, enthusiastic attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Are a team player who communicates well and supports others.
• Are looking to continue a career in hospitality, and have some experience in a kitchen already.
