At both Rise Bakery, in Gold Coast and Brisbane locations, you’ll discover the unmistakable charm of French baking, featuring seasonal treats, modern classics, and artisanal bread.

Positions Available:

1. All-Rounder
2. Head Barista

Role Responsibilities:

All-Rounder/Barista:

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including expertly crafted espresso drinks.
• Assist with customer service, including taking orders and processing payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace.
• Help with other bakery duties as needed, such as restocking and packaging products.
• Provide a friendly and efficient customer experience.

Head Barista:

• Lead the barista team and ensure the highest quality of coffee preparation.
• Train and mentor junior baristas on techniques and customer service.
• Manage inventory and order supplies for the coffee station.
• Create and update beverage menus, introducing new and seasonal items.
• Maintain equipment and ensure all health and safety standards are met.
