We’re Hiring: Front-of-House All Rounder with Heart!

MAS Espresso – Eagle Street, Brisbane CBD
Monday to Friday only – approx. 20 hours per week

At MAS Espresso, we are more than just coffee – we are a community. We are on the lookout for a friendly, upbeat all-rounder who genuinely enjoys connecting with people, getting to know our regulars by name, and bringing positive energy to every shift.

Here’s what we’re looking for:
✔ A warm, welcoming personality – someone who loves chatting with customers and makes everyone feel like a regular
✔ A team player who’s fast, efficient, and thrives in a busy environment
✔ Solid communication skills and confident English
✔ Experience in hospitality or customer service
✔ POS experience and barista skills = big bonus points
✔ Full availability Monday to Friday (we are open 6am–3pm – no nights or weekends!)

We’re offering around 20 hours per week across 4–5 days – perfect for someone who enjoys structure, consistency, and their weekends free.
