About the Role:
As the face of our café, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers — greeting with a smile, taking orders, handling payments, and making sure every guest feels welcome and well looked after. You’ll also help with basic food and drink preparation, keeping the café clean and presentable, and supporting the team wherever needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide warm, friendly, and efficient service to all customers
- Take orders confidently and accurately
- Handle cash and EFTPOS transactions
- Assist in preparing and serving food and drinks
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation across front-of-house areas
- Work well in a team to create a positive customer experience
You’ll Be Great In This Role If You:
- Love working with people and have a natural, friendly attitude
- Have previous customer service experience (hospitality preferred)
- Can stay calm and cheerful during busy periods
- Are proactive, dependable, and quick to learn
- Have great communication skills and attention to detail
