We are seeking an experienced barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for taking customer orders, preparing coffee, assisting with opening and closing procedures, and ensuring the cleanliness of our establishment daily.

Responsibilities:

Taking Customer Orders: Greet customers warmly, take their orders accurately, and provide exceptional service throughout their visit.
Making Coffee: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages according to our recipes and standards, ensuring quality and consistency with each order.
Assisting with Open/Close Procedures: Assist in opening and closing the store, including setting up equipment, stocking inventory, and securing the premises at the end of the day.
Daily Cleaning: Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the store, including wiping down surfaces, washing dishes, and organizing supplies, to ensure a clean and inviting environment for our customers.

Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service or food service roles is preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
