We are seeking a passionate and skilled Experienced Barista to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment, values great coffee and customer service, and brings a positive, can-do attitude to every shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based and specialty coffee beverages
• Operate commercial coffee machines, grinders, and brewing equipment with precision
• Maintain consistency in coffee quality, taste, and presentation
• Provide exceptional customer service, taking orders and processing payments accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the coffee station and customer areas
• Assist in restocking, inventory management, and opening/closing duties
• Collaborate with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service
• Educate and advise customers on menu options, beans, coffee types

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience as a barista in a high-volume café or coffee shop
• Strong knowledge of espresso preparation, milk texturing
• Confidence in dialling in grinders for consistency
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay calm during busy service periods
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including weekends
• A passion for coffee, people, and hospitality
• Current Food Handling Certificate (preferred)
