We are seeking a passionate and skilled Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and ensuring all food safety standards are met. You will work collaboratively with the kitchen staff to create an enjoyable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and menu specifications.
• Assist in menu planning and development, including seasonal specials.
• Ensure proper food storage, handling, and sanitation practices are followed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and cooking areas.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service.
• Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
• Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Participate in training new kitchen staff as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Cook or in a similar role in a restaurant or kitchen environment.
• Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
