We are now recruiting an experienced Section Waiter

The Role:

Working in a professional team
Managing a big section autonomously
Selling wines
Promoting French dining culture

Looking For:

Passion for restaurant industry
Exceptional organisational skills
Eye for details in all aspect of service
Ability to follow detailed instruction and direction
High level of resilience, strong work ethic, autonomous and open to feedback
Available to work lunch and dinner
Positive, can-do attitude

You Must Have / Be Able:

At least 2 years practical service experience as a senior section waiter or higher role in a reputable European restaurant.
Valid Australian working rights (Sponsorships will not be considered)
Immediate start
Well groomed with strong communication skills
Passionate about wine, food and hospitality
