We are looking for a Passionate Head Barista to join our team at Three Beans Cafe – Eagle St. part-time position for +30 h/w from next week.

Auto tamper

Jug rinser

The requirements:

Experience working in a fast-paced environment setting in a similar role
A strong understanding of grinder adjustments, dosing & distribution, and brew ratios
Skilled in milk texturing and latte art
Sound food safety/compliance knowledge
Longterm vision
Great attitude, teamwork and personality
Confident communication style & a professional approach
Supervising Experience is not necessary but it’s a plus.
availability for the early morning shift (from 5:30 AM as we start from 6 AM)
Saturday availability
Fluent English
