We are looking for a motivated Barista to join our team at Three Beans Cafe – Eagle St. Part-time position for +30 h/w from next week. The requirements:

• Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant or café setting in a similar role
• Ability to handle large volume quality coffee production
• A strong understanding of grinder adjustments, dosing & distribution, and brew ratios
• Skilled in milk texturing and latte art
• Sound food safety/compliance knowledge
• Longterm vision
• Current RSA
• Great attitude, teamwork and personality
• Confident communication style & a professional approach
• Availability for the early morning shift (from 5:30 AM as we start from 6 AM)
• Saturday availability
• Fluent English
