About the Opportunities:

We are looking for 2 strong Waiter/Waitress and 1 Café/Barista to join our team to deliver exceptional experience for our guests. You will ensure a high standard of service and restaurant operations whilst promoting a positive work culture.

Monday to Friday (no late nights or weekends)

Restaurant & Cafe experience

The Ideal Candidates Must Have:

Previous experience in a similar role
Exceptional service skills and guest focused
Highly adaptable and able to perform in high-pressured service periods
Exceptional communication and presentation
Real passion for wine and food
Must hold a valid RSA
Have proven passion and experience for food and strong wine knowledge, but most of all someone who is passionate about creating outstanding customer experiences.
Leading the guest experience and continually looking for opportunities to improve
Knowledge of cocktails and spirits
Assisting the guests with any feedback and actioning as appropriate
Ensuring venue presentation is always at a high standard
A high knowledge of the product produced in venue
Energetic, charismatic and engaging personality
Qualifications in hospitality/business highly desirable
A high standard of grooming

For the Barista role

It is a one person show!!!
Experience in preparing food on side (making breakfast)
Café is just across the road
