Located at the Story Bridge Hotel, Deery’s Restaurant | Steak & Wine has undergone an extensive renovation and is now ready to open to the public. We are seeking experienced floor staff to join our team of dynamic and passionate hospitality professionals. A love of food is a must with knowledge of beef and wine a distinct advantage. This is your chance to be a part of one of Brisbane’s best steak restaurants.

To excel in this role, you will need to have the ability to:

• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Well Groomed
• Reliable and Punctual
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Available to work across lunch and dinner shifts – 5 days a week
• Ability to follow directives from upper management
• High level written and verbal communication skills
• An enthusiastic and energetic approach to hospitality
• Decent understanding of beverages particularly wines

How you work with others will be key to your success in this family-owned and operated business. Preferably with a minimum of 5 years of restaurant experience – Can you rise to the challenge?
