Coral Expeditions is Australia’s pioneering expedition cruise company, now sailing for almost four decades. We operate and manage a fleet of three small purpose-built expedition ships carrying between 72 and 120 guests. Our mission – to take small groups of like-minded explorers to remote nature-based destinations with expert guidance and warm Australian hospitality. We carry over 8,000 guests every year to Australian destinations such as the Kimberley, Great Barrier Reef, Tasmania and Cape York and Arnhem Land. In late 2022 we have returned to operating expeditions in international regions such as PNG, New Zealand, the South Pacific and further afield to the Small Islands of the Indian Ocean and Africa including Madagascar, Seychelles, Mauritius and Zanzibar.
The Role
The role of Cruise Attendant is to provide outstanding customer service in the areas of food and beverage; responsible for maintaining the highest standard of housekeeping through our ships accommodation and public areas as well as presentation and galley operations.

Have proven hospitality experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent personal presentation
High level of customer service
Demonstrated safe working practices mindset
Tolerance of others to work and live in a small environment for long periods of time.
Qualifications Required
First Aid & CPR
Responsible Service of Alcohol
Passport
Qualifications willing to obtain
Australian Seafarers book or other country equivalent discharge book
AMSA Endorsed Certificate of Safety Training (CoST)
Certificate 2 in hospitality operations preferred
Crowd control & Crisis Management
AMSA Medical
MSIC Card
