Wait Staff/Bartender

Elite Gold Coast is the perfect destination for work and play. Located adjacent to KDV Sports, hotel staff and guests have access to these world class training and sporting facilities. Elite Gold Coast has an ala carte Italian restaurant which caters for inhouse guests whilst being open to the public called Mozzafiato.

Mozzafiato is open Wednesday – Saturday from 5PM until late, and is looking for two all-rounders to join the team!
Primary responsibilities include

• Taking guest orders, and providing table service
• Preparing and serving all beverages including; tap-beers, wine, cocktails and barista made coffees.
• Clearing and resetting of tables
• Providing friendly and genuine service to all our guests

What you need

• Minimum 6 months experience as a waiter or waitress, food & beverage attendant, food runner, function, banquet, fine-dining or al a carte waitstaff
• RSA essential
• Immaculate and professional grooming
• Customer service focused
• Wine knowledge, bar & barista skills ideal
• Must have drivers license and reliable transport
