I have experience in working in the kitchen as a kitchen hand/prep cook, my job included assisting the chef in food prepping, maintaining food safety standards, keeping the kitchen clean, and also managing pans, grills, ovens and fryers during busy time. I currently hold a food safety supervisor certification and am studying Cert 3 and 4 in commercial cookery
