What we are looking for

Successful candidates will have:

Previous experience in Kitchen
A willingness to go above and beyond with an eagerness to grow personally and professionally.
Have a big picture approach while ensuring the daily deliverables are being met.
Availability for a 7-day rotating roster (hours are shared depending on availability, between open, mid and closing shifts)
A passion for training and developing talented culinary individuals who will be the future leaders within the business.
Experience in a premium dining restaurant or luxury hotel
·       The Bavarian is a German-inspired restaurant showcasing traditional Bavarian dishes and fabulous imported German beers. The Bavarian currently has 32 venues across Australia, and two in New Zealand.

·       Bavarian is one of the eight restaurant brands that are part of Pacific Concepts, which provides a unique opportunity for longer-term career moves around the business and the exploration of diverse culinary experiences.
