Sushi Chef / Roll Maker – Yo Sushi

What are we looking for?

Availability for full-time
– Monday – Sunday roster starting at 6:30am
(At least 1 year experience in Sushi/Roll preparation in working in a fast-paced environment)
Have demonstrated experience in Sushi preparation, and an ability to skillfully prepare a wide variety of sushi dishes including nigiri, sashimi, maki and specialty rolls
Food Safety Handler Certificate (Required)
Proven ability to work independently and run a kitchen on your own
Knowledge in OHS Compliance and strong understanding of food safety and practices
Experienced in stocktaking and ordering supplies for your station
A high standard of food preparation, presentation and service
Passion for food and an eagerness to learn and develop culinary skills
Excellent time management skills, strong communication skills and collaborate work mentality
A lively personality and positive attitude
