Supervisor and Barista – Cannon Hill

Due to continued growth within our store and increased demand, Zarraffa’s Cannon Hill is on the hunt for an outstanding Supervisor and Barista wunderkind to join the team!

We are offering 20-30 hours per week, for a candidate who has 7 day flexibility and available for early starts and late finishes.

What we’re looking for:
• Positive can-do attitude.
• Love to have fun and work hard!
• Gold-star customer service, (preferably one year of hospitality experience but not essential). We love people who love people.
• Capability to work in a fast-paced environment – the time will fly, but so must you.
• Desire for continued learning and growth
• Experience with coffee! (Ideal, but not essential).

Having the below would be great:
• Current First Aid certificate.
• Caffeine running through your veins, or a love affair with coffee.

• Understanding of stock control and cash management
• Ability to lead and bring out the best in others.

I’m a friendly and reliable student looking for part-time or casual work. I have experience working in cafés and enjoy working in a busy team environment. I’m comfortable with customer service, taking orders, making basic coffee and keeping the workplace clean and organised. I’m a quick learner, punctual and always willing to help.
