Dear Sir/Madam,
My name is Hoi-Yi LAM, Summer, a girl who come from Hong Kong. I can speak in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English. I am applying for a student visa to study the Certificate III and IV in Patisserie, along with a Diploma of Hospitality Management, starting in July 2024. Currently, I hold a Bridging Visa with no work restrictions.
I have a strong interest in food production and eager to gain valuable work experience in food processing. I am committed to working long-term within your company to develop my skills further. I have also completed training in hygienic practices for food safety, certified by Nationally Recognised Training. With the knowledge from my Certificate III in Patisserie, I am confident in my ability to handle food safely throughout the production process.
In Brisbane, I have worked as a fruit and aluminum packer in a factory, where my responsibilities included carefully checking and packing fruit and aluminum products. Additionally, I worked in a café as a Kitchenhand for 9 months, where I gained experience in food preparation, drinks and cake-making, including making bubble tea, crepe cakes and Swiss rolls etc.
I am an attentive, conscientious, and hardworking individual, always eager to learn new skills. In my personal life, I enjoy going to the gym and physically fit, with the ability to lift at least 20 kg. This physical fitness helps me perform well in fast-paced environments. I am open to various roles and committed to expanding my capabilities as needed. I would be grateful for the opportunity to contribute to your team and work together.
