Wara Sushi is a rapidly growing sushi restaurant chain with 19 locations across Queensland and plans for further expansion. We are seeking an experienced and driven Store Manager to join our team.

About the Role

• Position: Store Manager
• Salary range: $70,000 – $90,000 + 10.5% superannuation, commensurate with experience and skills
• Experience: All levels considered, qualified and experienced candidates preferred

Sponsorship Opportunities
For eligible candidates, we offer opportunities for temporary skill shortage (TSS 482) visa sponsorship through the interview process.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and drive sales/profitability goals
• Manage staff scheduling, training and development
• Ensure consistent delivery of high customer service standards
• Implement promotions and marketing initiatives
• Maintain safety, inventory and financial controls

Skills & Experience

• Proven leadership and people management capabilities
• Strong operational knowledge of restaurant/hospitality industry
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
