Our company aims to provide the ultimate experience for our customers with fantastic service, and outstanding food and drinks Looking for experienced Chef for New Restaurant at Portside.

• Must have full working rights in Australia
• Can do attitude with willingness to learn

About the Sous CHEF role

• full time positions available
• Flexible availability over a rotating roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays
• Ability to run a section and whole Kitchen
• Able to do stock control using computer systems training available if needed
• Impos is POS system used
• Able to do Rosters
• assist Head Chef planning and design menu
• Great communication skills

Skills and experience CHEF

• Certificate IV ( or equivalent) or completed apprenticeship or three years full time relevant work experience in a similar role
• Can do attitude with willingness to learn
• Previous a la carte experience advantage but not necessary
• A true passion for food, hospitality and people
• Exceptional organisation skills – you need to thrive in a fast paced environment
• Confidence in your ability to take charge, able to give and receive genuine feedback and take action as needed
• Impeccable presentation, hygiene and grooming standards
• A great work ethic and a team player
