Located in the heart of the beautiful Southbank Parklands, with a view overlooking the only beach in Brisbane, our kitchen has the best view in town!

Our dedicated team are passionate about delivering excellence in all facets of the business and creating memorable dining experiences for our customers, and we are looking for an experienced Sous Chef who has a passion for the hospitality industry to join our team.

The Role

You will be responsible for supporting the head chef with the day to running and management of the kitchen and the general supervision of kitchen staff during all service periods. You will also ensure the highest standards of food production and service are achieved, team management, menu planning, communication with the front of house department and ordering for the venue within cogs budgets.
