The Role
In this site-based role, an emphasis on people and relationships is vital. Your hands-on approach will ensure the delivery of service excellence for your client site.
While managing the day-to-day operational needs of your team and client, you will foster positive stakeholder relationships, exceed our client’s expectations, and ensure that we add value to our client portfolio. A sound understanding of commercial cleaning operations, relationship building, budgets and costs, service delivery and stakeholder management is key to success in this role.
The Opportunity
As the Site Manager you will:
- Be the first point of contact for our client
- Lead the cleaning team
- Undertake cleaning duties alongside your team
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships
- Undertake people management, including training and administration functions
- Liaise with suppliers regarding orders
- Coordinate periodic works and extra works
- Conduct routine site audits (cleaning inspections)
Skills and Experience
The successful applicant will be suitably experienced and has:
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- An eye for detail
- Ability to build relationships and rapport quickly
- Strong organisational and administration skills
- COVID-19 vaccination (fully vaccinated)
- Experience in the cleaning industry is essential
- A National Criminal History check is required for this role
