Bistro Morgan Bakehouse, the brainchild of Australian culinary prodigy Morgan Hipworth, is on the hunt for a dynamic, passionate, and customer-centric all-rounder with barista experience to join our vibrant team. This exciting opportunity arises as we prepare to open our brand new store in Fitzroy on August 19 and need skilled individuals to support both the new location and our beloved existing store at 190 High St, Windsor.

About the role:

As our Barista/All-Rounder, you will be at the heart of our operations, serving customers with a smile, creating delicious coffees with precision, whipping up tantalising toasties, and working within the lively environment of our Windsor bakery. We’re looking for someone who can maintain our high standards of service and products, embrace the fast-paced nature of the hospitality industry, and contribute positively to our team’s dynamic. Prior experience in a hospitality role is highly desirable, as this multifaceted position requires a high level of self-reliance, initiative, and motivation.
