Kitchen Team Leader

• Working in the kitchen and back area.
• Preparing and cooking seafood
• Assembling and preparing ingredients for cooking
• Preparing food and beverage trays for serving
• Cooking, toasting and heating simple food items
• Cleaning food preparation areas, utensils and sculleries
• Follow all safe food handling and WHS procedures
• Deliver exceptional food service on every occasion, demonstrating bringing to life the ‘Taste the Experience’ value.
• Help in executing operational standards to ensure fans at every visit receive consistently exceptional food service, taste & experience.
• Respond efficiently and accurately to any issues with stock, deliveries or damages.
• Ensure cooking procedures are followed to health standards.
• Maintain the restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it through the restaurant leadership team.
• Ensure our fans experience the full taste experience with each meal on every occasion whilst dinning.
• Execute all orders effectively and affectionally with no errors
• Provide shoulder-to-shoulder training to new and existing employees in line with Kickin Inn operations and training processes.
