As a Cafe Manager, for an busyand popular inner city Bistro Cafe (Fortitude Valley)your role will involve:
· Being the face of our hospitality business.
· Meeting financial objectives
· Implementing marketing strategies to attract new business opportunities.
· Controlling purchasing costs and inventory levels.
· Maintaining operations by implementing policies & standard operating procedures.
· Enhancing customer satisfaction by identifying operational shortfalls and implementing corrective actions.
· Recruiting, on boarding, training, rostering, coaching, motivating and managing team members
What are we looking for?
· Proven leadership experience in hospitality particularly within high volume operations.
· Diploma or higher-level qualification obtained in Australia.
· Solid business acumen.
· Excellent communication and administration skills.
· Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, time management & attention to details.
· Ability to always maintain professionalism under pressure.
· Ability to work a flexible rotating roster.
· A profound focus on customer service and driven by results.

· Food Safety Certificate
· First Aid Certificate
· RSA Certificate
