Brunetti Oro is seeking experienced Baristas to join our friendly, dedicated, expanding team.

Serious about coffee, our Barista team receives accredited Barista training and ongoing mentorship from our coffee partners Lavazza, giving you a professional edge while working in adynamic and professional environment. There are many learning and development opportunities available.

You should have a minimum of 1 years experience and have the ability to provide superior levels of customer service.

The successful applicant must:

• Be fast on the machine, yet not willing to compromise on quality (Barista)
• Be confident
• Be a strong communicator
• Work as part of a team
• Demonstrate superior levels of customer service
• Have knowledge of dialing in recipes
• Have experience adjusting brewing parameters
• xperience working with volumetrics is desirable
• We work with 2 La Cimbali 4 group M-100 machines and utilise a Juggler tap system

Working in a 7 day week operation, the successful candidate must be flexible, willing to work nights, weekdays, weekends and public holidays covering morning, afternoon and evenings.
