Seeking an experienced full-time Chef

VAP NSW Pty Ltd is part of a renowned chain of restaurants, and we are currently seeking an experienced full-time Chef to join our QLD branch, Rydaba Pty Ltd (associated entity) t/a Vapiano, located in Garden City.

Key Requirements:

• A minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in a same/similar position within high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environments.
• Relevant Diploma qualification
• Proven expertise in preparing and presenting high-quality meals according to established recipes and standards, with attention to taste, presentation, and portion control
• Ability to manage and maintain kitchen operations, ensuring food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in line with regulatory standards
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the capacity to work collaboratively in a diverse kitchen environment
• Leadership experience in supervising kitchen staff and coordinating tasks is desirable
• Excellent time management skills to ensure the timely preparation and service of meals during peak periods
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required by restaurant operations

Position Details:

• Full-time positions offering an annual salary of $65,000 to $75,000 (commensurate with skills, experience, and qualifications) plus 11.5% superannuation.
