Brothers Fusion Kitchen at Port Melbourne is seeking a highly skilled Café All-Rounder with a strong barista background to join our team.

Your Role:
– Prepare and serve high-quality coffee with consistency and speed
– Provide exceptional customer service with a warm and welcoming attitude
– Assist with food preparation, serving, and general café duties.
– Juices and smoothie creating. Cake handling and general FOH food plating
– All rounder duties ie: clearing tables, dishes, running
– Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the café area
– Work efficiently as part of a dynamic team
– Shifts 6 am to 2 pm 5 days a week

What We’re Looking For:
– At least 1 year of experience as a barista in a busy café setting
– Strong skills in coffee-making and latte art
– A passion for delivering excellent customer service
– Ability to multitask and work under pressure
– A team player with a positive attitude
– We are ready for an immediate start.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 per week
Work Location: In person
