About This Job
400 Gradi Eastland are looking for the industry’s finest waitstaff to join our team to deliver an authentic Italian experience to our guests. Use your exceptional hospitality skills and experience to ensure outstanding service at our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure exceptional guest service
- Greet and seat guests, take orders, deliver food and drinks to the table
- Demonstrate knowledge of food and wine and genuine passion for hospitality
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas at all times
The ideal candidate will:
- Have experience section waiting in a similar, fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated customer service experience
- Adaptable and able to multi-task
- Passion for food and wine (Italian cuisine knowledge advantageous)
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- Strong work ethic and a ‘can do’ attitude
- Able to work a rotating roster including weekends, nights, and public holidays
