Sì Baby Newport is seeking section waiters, runners, supervisor and bartenders to join our team for an immediate start!
Featuring modern Italian cuisine and classic wine lists, we are looking for motivated, energetic, and passionate team members who are committed to providing benchmark customer service with quality food and wine. We need an exceptional team with excellent communication skills and a customer-centric work ethic.
The positions are open to candidates with a valid Australian work visa or those who have permanent residency status for Australia.

Positions available:
Section waiters and runners who can confidently run a section and who have a genuine passion and love for the hospitality industry.
Bartenders with a good knowledge and understanding of wine, spirits, and cocktails, who has a genuine passion and love for the hospitality industry. This is also a great opportunity for a bar back looking to step up into a bartender role.
Supervisor- Flexible hours for experienced restaurant supervisor focused on exception service, excellent managing skills & a resilient team player with a positive can-do attitude

While experience is preferred, we are also happy to put the time in and train someone who is willing to give it a go and has the right attitude!
You will have access to weekly trainings, opportunity for career progression and the experience of working side by side with industry leaders.
