Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in a high volume restaurant

We are seeking an experienced Section Waiter to join our dynamic team at Manly Boathouse. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years working experience in a high volume restaurant environment and a strong background in customer service.

Responsibilities:
– Greet and seat customers promptly with friendly and professional service
– Take customer orders and provide recommendations
– Confident in carrying up to 3 plates at once
– Good knowledge of beverages and ability to provide suggestions
– Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages
– Upsell menu items when necessary
– Assist with setting up tables and maintaining cleanliness of restaurant
– Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a smooth service

Requirements:
– Minimum 2 years of experience in a high volume restaurant
– Excellent communication and customer service skills
– Confident in carrying 3 plates at once
– Good knowledge of beverages
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Strong attention to detail
– Positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively with the team
