Skills and Experience
- Two years’ experience in an A La Carte restaurant
- Excellent communication with guests and team members
- Strong time management, problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Versatile and flexible
- Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
- Attention to WHS and Food Safety & Hygiene standards

About the Role
We are looking for casual staff with previous restaurant experience who now wish to deepen their knowledge and open the door to high end dining. We are passionate about our guests and creating highly regarded experiences for everyone that walks through our door. To help you achieve this, we offer regular hands on training and tasting with exposure to an incredible range of foods, wines and spirits, and the opportunity to meet with and learn from some of Australia’s most highly regarded winemakers, sommeliers and chefs. You are encouraged to excel and innovate in your daily work, with mentoring and coaching opportunities for tailored growth and progression within the company.
