The Lighthouse Restaurant is a long established, award winning venue overlooking Moreton Bay including the surrounding islands. We pride ourselves on using local products to produce simple, tasty dishes. The Lighthouse has a 250 seat Restaurant, 80 seat café/bar and takeaway outlet operating every day of the week. We are considered one of the premier entertainment venues in the area and have been recognised on a state and national level.

We are seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to lead our dynamic & passionate team. You will lead a team of 15 plus staff on shift and create great service experiences for your guests and team alike. Training and consistency are hallmarks of great service and you will lead the way with your skills in this area. The Lighthouse is a busy, busy restaurant so your service will need to be efficient and personable.
