Hello!!
My name is Rachel and I recently arrived in Melbourne at the beginning of October 2024 from Glasgow, Scotland.
I have 6 years of work experience in the Criminal Justice and Health sectors and prior to this I worked in retail as a Sales Assistant for 4 years.
I have extensive experience working with a diverse range of clients, customer service, multi agency working, administration and case management, often managing my own case load of 15-20 individuals with differing support needs. I am used to working in fast paced environments and have developed a skill set that includes problem solving, case management, case recording, intervention work, person centred work ethic, customer service, organisation, time keeping, lone work and team work.
I am looking for full time employment however I am open to part time/contract/casual roles. I am able to get any certificates/checks required of me following confirmation of employment.
