We are searching for the perfect person to assist in the daily running of the Range Brewing pizza shop. Range Brewing is a small-batch brewery with a focus on design, relaxed vibes, fresh beer and the perfect pizza to accompany it. Your responsibilities at Range Brewing will involve:

• running completed meals to customers and removing and cleaning finished plates
• following our cleaning and hygiene processes to meet a very high standard of cleanliness
• food preparation and topping meals
• constant communication with the pizza chef
• clean food preparation areas, facilities, or equipment

Your role requires:

• experience in a fast-paced kitchen is desired but not required
• the passion and drive to succeed and produce high-quality dishes
• strong work ethic and attention to detail in all areas of your work
• impeccable presentation, hygiene and grooming standards
• the maintenance of high standards
• an inquisitive mind and a preference for prevention rather than cure
• physical capabilities required for the role include but are not limited to the ability to work in hot and/or humid conditions; extreme heat; ability to frequently lift and/or move 20kgs; ability to frequently stand for long periods of time
• fluent written and spoken English; the ability to write articulately and succinctly

You will be:

• Available to work a minimum 15hrs over the following shifts.

Saturday 12-9.30pm
Thursday 4-9.30PM
Other days may rotate
