About You

• Experience in high volume coffee production

• At least 1 years’ experience as a Barista

• Specialty coffee experience would be great – We are using Zest specialty coffee.

• Ability to connect with customers and provide exceptional customer experience • Motivated and positive team player

• Gets a kick out of maintaining consistent product quality • Authentic and down to earth with a genuine love of people We are looking for a fully qualified barista to join our team. We are looking for a barista all rounder (part-time and casual also available) with a passion for coffee. The right applicant must be well presented with excellent communication skills.  Key Qualities

• Strong barista experience

• Proven cafe management experience • Strong coffee knowledge

• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills • High-level organisational skills & ability to work under pressure

• Sound knowledge of safe work practices
