Location: Fitzroy Production Kitchen, 400 Brunswick St, Fitzroy.
Job Type: Full-time/Part-time
Key Responsibilities:
Crafting and perfecting a diverse range of pastries, including our signature doughnuts, scrolls, and bread.
Upholding high standards of quality and consistency in all baked goods.
Collaborating with the culinary team to innovate and develop new delicious offerings.
Maintaining cleanliness and adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations.
Leading and mentoring kitchen staff to foster a collaborative and positive work environment.

Requirements:
Professional qualification as a Pastry Chef.
At least one year of experience in a commercial bakery or kitchen, preferred.
Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and ability to work independently.
Must be eligible to work in Australia.
Shift Details: Day shifts starting in the morning, ensuring a balanced work-life schedule.
